Renault treat customers like idiots.

Went to renault The glen.to enquire about the part of my car.I was told it takes 15 working days for them to get the part.I paid for the part and labour as well.Its 3 months now.After calling them iam taken from 1 department to another.I have emailed them no answer.Iam not disappointed that is how they treat there customers.I dont have a choice I made the mistake by buying a renault model car.
