Renault Tokai SUCKS

Every time I take my car for a service it's a nightmare to get it back - no-one answers the main phone line and no-one answers email. It's an hour to closing and I don't know the cost of the service, condition or status of the vehicle. They are quite happy to have a salesman phone and ask if I want to upgrade my car though. It's a sausage machine that is constantly frantic and badly managed. Go somewhere else.
