RENAULT TOKAI DO NOT RECOMMEND
Renault Tokai is the worst branch to deal with the towed my vehicle yesterday tried to phone 40 times this morning got the screen shots to prove it they picked up 3 times just to put the phone down in my ear. I pay alot of money for my vehicle just to receive this ****ty service this is un acceptable. How these people are still in business I don't know. I am not pleased I don't recommend this dealership wonder how I'm ever going to know whats wrong with my vehicle. If the dealership can't even answer their phone to assist their customers, they rather just put the phone down in your ear I NEED MY ****ING VEHICLE PATHETIC

The one service manager says no he does not know where my car is as his colleague is off today how ****ing pathetically lazy. So my vehicle is now missing as advised by the service manager how can you not find my car just because one person is off today. Can't provide service to your customers or even give them any information about their vehicles cause "I don't know mam, my colleague is off today" like seriously PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, THEY WANT YOU TO PAY A **** TON OF MONEY FOR THEIR VEHICLES JUST FOR THEM NOT TO ASSIST YOU. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
