Renault Tokai bad 👎 😑 service

Been A customer of renault for almost 10 years and up until 10 days ago they were still a fav. Renault Tokai Cape Town have absolutely no empathy for their customers 😢. The service becomes very poor once the deal has been sealed.

The dealer principal is not a good leader 😕 and the branch is following a poor example. 😳 my vehicle has been there for 10 days now after it completely seized.

As a customer I am the 1 having to call them to follow up and after numerous calls and emails I'm still without a vehicle. I'm solely dependent on the vehicle as I use it for work but does this touch then. No not at all because they are right and the customer wrong.
