RENAULT THE WORSE EVER AFTER SALES SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I bought my stepway Sandero last year at Rustenburg Renault and yesterday the car was on smoke and it was towed back to Renault and they called me stating the problem is a clutch and its my fault. I told them how come it is my fault and the car was not even my first car I never had a clutch problem on my first car and they told me its not under the warrant I have to pay myself. They quote me R12,345 for replacing the clutch. I even asked them how come its so much the car its not even due for its first service and the clutch is already damaged. The attitude the Sandra women gave me and they told me the car will be at workshop for 10 days and I will be without a car for the ten days and until I pay the amount they quote me for replacing the clutch. I just cannot believe Renault after sales service its bad utter bad shame I never experience such service from any car dealership even worse to charge me R12,345 just to replace a clutch on a car that is not even a year old.
