Renault The Glen never buy from them

RENAULT THE GLEN Never ever buy a car from them. They are the worst. And the franchise principal George not even worth to mention. The way they did us in is a disgrace. We have tried to resolve this so many times over months and it got us no where. Buying a car which we waited week and weeks for "because a new engen" was being put in the car. Within a year of taking ownership the problems started. So far we are R20 000 in repairing things to a "new engin". Personally went to see George where they just tried selling us a more expensive car on a trade in but would not come to the party with the engen issues. Plenty excuses cover ups and stories. We are now in again for a starter kit that needs to be replaced. Huge cost!! End of last year we had to replace the complete clutch kit. Car was sold to us on lies and pretenses and not to our surprise the salesman on this deal has subsequently also been fired. People need to be warned. Renault The Glen does not do ethical business.
