Renault: The company that doesn't have parts for the cars they make

on the 26th of Oct I was in a car accident, and my car was sent to Durban South Panel beaters, since the the 1st of Nov Renault SA has been giving me full shirt stories as they for some reason cannot get parts for my Renault Kwid, even though there's a hell of a lot of them on the roads, I've paid my premiums from Oct to December so far with no compliant on my side, and yet i still don't have my car back as Renault still does not have the parts, if anyone is reading this, do not buy Renault's products, the car is a good car, but if there are any problems, you won't get parts to fix it, the worse thing is that they don't even keep you updated, you have to call their customer service agents and wait on the line for hours before someone decides to do anything
