Renault TERRIBLE BRAND!!!

We saw a car from Cape Town Belville Renault and decided to purchase through the Durban Renault branch Car came after waiting for weeks on end with a different excuse everyday When we received the car it looked nothing like the picture Because we were so desperate for one we took the car It was a year older than the advertised and the shape looked completely different! Bought the car in March 2017 and all was not well The salesman was missing spare keys and the maps memory card

A week later we realized the car was operating as though it had an accident before and we queried this to which it was immediately dismissed and we were assured that it was completely fine

2 month into deal signing, we received our statement eventually To our surprise the car was sold to us for R182 000 yet the dealership had agreed that it would only cost us R160 000 because if all the hustle we went through waiting and receiving what we had not wanted

Fast forward 5 months later, the car has the biggest issues you can never imagine 2 year old car would have Doors don't close properly Lights have issues Car is just a waste of money We regret having wasted so much money on something that will probably never be able To get rid of

To this day no spare keys No memory card Jammed chairs A big mess

We were even ****** and billed R182000 instead of R160 000

These guys are a bunch of ******* and have the ****tiest cars I've ever had to drive Service is the worst

What do you expect me to do with this piece of ****???? Soooo livid!!!!
