Renault Tableview

We purchased our vehicle from Renault Tableview in March 2020. Unfortunately the pandemic forced everything and everyone to a standstill. But now that most of our systems are up and running, I am given the run around between Chris, Jonash and Joanne and till today we are struggling to have our new car licensed. Every week empty promises, convenient “covid” excuses (which turns out to be lies). We threatened them with “name and shame” and that didn’t even get them to give us the client satisfaction we deserve. We also informed them that all the risk of fines and the possible insurance problems due to the unlicensed vehicle will be their responsibility and they confirmed it many times and ensured us that we have nothing to worry about. So what should have been an excellent experience (first time owning a brand new car etc.) turns out now to be a horrific, disgustful and needless to say very disappointing feeling!
