RENAULT SUCKS!!!!!!!!

This is the 1st and last time I purchase a Renault, not because it’s a bad car but because their after sales service is pathetic and the staff are rude and have no business ethics. My vehicle is still under warranty and I was notified by the garage that my dipstick was broken, I had the vehicle for 4 months and I’m between that my vehicle was serviced my them, when I asked for it to be replaced by Renault they said no. I am NOT taking no for an answer! I am waiting for almost 2 weeks for a “manager” to call me back and provide feedback. It’s a metal part, how does a metal part break so easily?! As soon as I can, I will trade in my vehicle and take a different make. Renault, take your car and shove it up your....
