Renault Strand Bad after sales service

I took my car in because my cubbyhole somehow broke put in a claim and Renault aprove it, they said it is going to take 14 days. After the 14day Period they tel me we must bring in the car the part have arrived. We check in the car 5min later they phone back the part is wrong and it going to take 20 days then they phone me again after the 20 days I must bring in the car at my arrival they say sorry but the part is for the older models it is going to be here 19 OCT 2015 they phone me today again sorry sir it will be 10 more days???? I wait now almost 3months just for a cubbihole so how long am i going to wait if something series going to happen ?????
