Renault Stepway Smoke From the Engine

Renault Stepway, smoke coming from the engine while driving on the right lane of the highway, what a bad experience, the car went for service a week ago. Thank God I manage to swerve the car to the yellow lane with trucks passing. I think they must recall all cars for inspection this is dangerous.
