Renault Stepway

<p>In October 2016 I bought a Stepway Sandero from the Princess Crossing Dealership and I then took it in for a service in Northcliff where I was told that the car is a pre-report and cannot be serviced as it was supposed to have been serviced in September of 2015. The Dealer Principal in January was so rude to me and told me that I can report it to the Ombudsman and the bank. I have since had issues with the car. I was told the car was a 2015 model whereas it was a 2014 model. Their excuse now is that the salesman Johan has since left the company and Jan the dealer principal is not helpful and very rude to clients. All i want is for the dealership to provide me with the model car that i'm paying for,</p>
