Renault South Africa - worse than poor

My brother's car, still under warranty, was towed into Renault Silverlakes on 2 November 2019 with a starter problem. Case 4-***6 - Parts Order Feedback WIP 16760. Today the following Renault South Africa employee told me that he has nothing to do with the Renault dealership and that he only arranged for the starter to be ordered. Incredible that a Renault employee cant take responsibility or want to resolve an issue. Customer Care is a joke!!!! Tried a number of times to speak to the Service Manager at Silverlakes and call just get cut off.

There is no word to describe this lack of service. Worse of the lot!
