Renault Koleos 2.0 DCi 4x4 Dynam Prem <br> I am sick tired of the run around for Renault South Africa 9 bloodly months and my car is still not sorted , I picked my car on Saturday after 9 Months not even 1 km the Error messages are on again no boost no Power.After Saturday's I am absolutely numbed by Renault South Africa's useless attempt to sort out this mess especially given the history of this, which you were all acutely aware of.I just cannot understand the difficulty of giving a customer what he has paid for and making sure that you deliver what you promise after there has been a complaint.<br> I will now communicate directly with Mr Niall and Leslie and see if they even give a toss! (Including all correspondence )9 months is a ****** shame and the manner in which this is handled is pitiful.I am expecting a call from you Today (If not my understanding for this matter is not relevant and taken seriously which leaves me with no option but to take this matter up legally . I'm at a point whereI will also forward all correspondence that I have on this matter to some local consumer journalists just so they can see how useless you really are. I think that bad stories really interest them
