Renault South Africa- waste of money

Absolutely shocking brand new Renault kiger not even had its first service. Bought from MMU MULTI FRANCHISE LEPHALALE. Had a noise from day 1 when reversing took it in multiple times were told no problem. After consistently getting worse took it to The Glen Motors (PTY) Ltd t/a Group 1 Renault The Glen. Kathlego said the gearbox needs to be refurbished there is a fault on the gear box. I insisted it’s brand new and under warranty. According to Renault SA they will only replace at their discretion and if it comes back faulty again within 5 years they will replace it! Absolutely shocking! How is it ok to sell a defective product? Then expect your client to be without a vehicle for weeks. Then after 5 years? What then your product is useless! Waste of money!
