Renault South Africa poor service

I bought a brand new Renault Kwid and it has multiple problems already, including issues on the gearbox. Renault South Africa has not only blocked me on Twitter but will not communicate if am getting a courtesy car or not. They didn't even send me an email confirming that they are keeping my car for over 2 weeks or so. I deserve better service from this brand
