Renault South Africa

My Renault duster has been at Renault klerksdorp for closer to 2 weeks now, they can't diagnose what is wrong. I'm without a car at the moment and no one is bothered. They didn't even give me a courtesy car. Looks like Renault can't fix their own cars. I tried calling Renault south africa many times but to no avail
