Renault South Africa are useless

My vehicle, 2023 Renault Triber The vehicle is a month old with +- 7000km on it. The vehicle is now parked and stripped at Renault Gateway in Durban. It was towed in by Renault. The dealership now claims its the clutch that’s worn out and have quoted me to repair. The vehicle was taken to the same dealership at the beginning of January for a complaint of a noise from the gearbox and oil leak between the gearbox and engine. They test drove it and put it on a ramp and then was told the vehicle is fine and we must go on. My Dog a jack Russell went under the car and came out black with oil. I am not paying for this, warranty or the dealership needs to cover this as the vehicle went in before a month for this problem and nothing was done. My Dad a qualified mechanic went in to the dealership before they stripped and confirmed their was an oil leak between the engine and gearbox. This vehicle is a replacement of my previous triber which driven till 30 000km and was totalled in an accident. So the exact same vehicle driven by the same person can never burn a clutch due to negligent driving. Warranty needs to cover this as my vehicle is parked of for 2 weeks now and it’s a business vehicle which works. will Never buy anyother renault again or advise anyone to buy one
