Renault South Africa and its pathetic customer focus

Renault South Africa and particular Renault Bryanston has been nothing other than a complete dissapointment since i bought a Renault Duster in February 2018. First of all they couldnt get the extras for my car which was in their catalogue and system in time for me to have it at delivery but i was then told i will get it later.

After numerous follow-ups from my side i was eventually told the extras are not available anymore.

However, that did not stop them to charge me for it.

Secondly, my car was broken into and i was told after inquiring why the alarm didnt go off that NO Renault comes with an alarm.

I contacted Renault South Africa about this via Twitter and was blocked after TWO messages.

I believe this is absolutely pathetic service or lack of it by Renault South Africa.
