Renault South Africa, customer contact center ***8, ***, both contact numbers simply don't work. The service from Renault is disgraceful. Their levels of integrity leaves much to be desired, this pathetic excuse for a business head office and customer care telephone line never work, they have no staff in customer care to attend to customer complaints. Make sure that you are ready to wait for 6 months to over a year to get simple parts. Their combined attitude stinks, absolute disgrace. I personally made over a thousand calls over a 6 months period to this sorry excuse of a business and I was always told they will call you back, they never do so. This business is in total chaos with absolutely no resolution in site, Renault SA is a sorry excuse for a business with no business etiquette whatsoever. Absolute Shambles. Both numbers don't work, when it eventually rings, automated , PRESS 1 and the line drops. Absolute JOKE, buy a Renault and then you will sit with your defective vehicle and the manufacturer does not give a damn because you as the consumer and end user will never get an opportunity to complain or escalate your service complaint, you just sit with your broken vehicle indefinitely.
