Renault South Africa

<p>My Aircon unit was authorised and replaced by Renault South Africa at a preferred dealership of my choice and a couple of years later (now)it has been giving me hassle (making a fluttering noice), on contacting Renault South Africa they haven't been very helpful in resolving this matter. The second matter of concern is that I had to replace my left front electric window mechanism and now its not working. I am rather disappointed, having my vehicle serviced regularly at an authentic dealership and to fork out cash on parts that are meant to last. The absurd part is that the vehicle does an average of 15km per day, Monday to Friday. Surely Renault has product quality at heart to satisfy customer needs and expectations rather than financially burden.</p>
