Renault service sucks

<p>I took my car to Renault clear water it didn't have brakes I waited for caliper pins for two months. Firstly u buy a car from Renault they only give you service plan up to 45000km, then wen your car is broken you wait for 2 months to get a simple caliper pin which is just a simple *****.how can they sell cars to us if they don't have parts? My advice to my fellow south Africans please don't buy Renault their service sucks you will be stuck for months if the car brakes you will have wait for parts from France for long.</p>
