Renault service is disgusting

I've been trying to call Renault customer care for two days now. First i called yesterday, i held on for too long, someone answered and took down my details said she'll get someone to call me back. No-one did. Today i called first thing in the morning just after 8. I held on for 15 mins ,no answer. I have a case which no one seems interested to help.
