Renault Service horrible service

On the 20th of July 2016 when as usual I tried to get to my fairly new Renault Clio expression IV, To my dismay the key could not detect to start the car. After several times of trying to insert the card on the starting slot it kept on giving me an error messaging ("key not recognised), I then went back inside the house to retrieve the spare key which has never been used since purchasing the car. The spare key too was not working and gave the same error messaging and on top of that could not either lock and unlock the car. I called Renualt South Africa Customer Care and they sent a techinician to jumpstart me. The techinician also failed to start the car and called Customer Care to come tow the car to the Renault dealership in Benoni (Bengate IC auto Benoni). The tow truck only arrived at 12h20 (two hours later). Finally when the car was towed to the dealer, I then called the dealership to ask how soon will the problem be solved and I was told if the problem is the key they will have to order it in France and reprogram everything. I asked what about the spare which is wrong and was given to me by them, they said they will call the Sales Department and get back to me; and that never happened. I also asked a possibility of having a courtesy car in the maintime this techincal issue is resolved and was told they don't offer such a service. The 20th of July passed with no call or proper update. In the morning of the 21st of July 2016, I called the Manager and stated my case and we had a verbal altercation on the service issue as he bluntly to me he was busy with something and will address my case later and has no inventory of courtesy cars at this point. I then called Renault South Africa Customer Care about the courtesy policy issue and was told that diagnosis is 48 hrs -10 days before they offer a courtesy car, its not a walk-in service. I asked what then becomes of the client? They said there is nothing they can do while in the maintime I was strunded for two days in Benoni without getting to work in Pretoria. I am still waiting for the dealership to tell me what my recourse now because had it been my insurance, the courtey car policy would have kicked in . This car is still under warranty from the aforesaid dealership and I cannot for the life of me believe why must I not be frustrated by this big brand called Renault. I am happy to trade this car in and move on to another brand with a better value chain for servicing and not even recommend it to closer friends and family.
