Renault Service Department Tygervalley

I would like to say that I was about to trade in my Kwid for a Kiger, but because of the service I am getting currently from Renualt service department in Tyger. I will not go for Renault. My car was towed in on a flatbed because of a battery that went flat and it probably lost the the key code, but we have to phone the whole time and not getting proper feedback. I am sitting without transport. It has been 8 days.
