When you're at a dealership you speak to the personel for 30 minutes at most. In this short time I dealt with Francina she provided service that memorable. I can still remember 10 months back and how great it was dealing with her. <br> Even just the way she explains the extra cost that will be payable. The time and resiurcea it will take and explaining what needs to be known. That said I was fortunate enough to recieve service from her again this morning. Once again leaving there blown away by her ways. I would nominate her for best service delivery for 2015. Absolute greatness.
