Renault Service Center Silverlakes tampering with the mileage on my car..!Horrible and bad service by Sam Steyn(Service advisor)

<p>I bought a Renault Clio in June 2016 from Renault Silverlakes,during October the car reported that it was due for service in 10 000 kilometeres.I phoned my sales person Adrian and he confirmed that the programing of the service alert is faulty,it should be 15 000 kilometres and advised we take the car to Renault Service Centre in Silverlakes for them to reset the programing.On the 21st October i took the in for service and it was on 10 092 kilometers,the technicians reset the alert signal and i drove off.On the 22nd October we drove to Springs with my fiance,on our way back he checked the kilometres and they were on 15 234.Tuesday 25th we went back to the service center to expalin what had happened and we were told to book the car in as Sam Steyn was on training and coming back the 30th.We booked the car for the 1st November,when we came to collect the car Sam Steyn and the technician told us there was no way the car could jump the kilos but they will liase with Renault Head Office and they will get back to us.We never got feedback until we went back again to the service centre on the 14th,Sam told us stories that he was on training thats why he could not give feedback but they have ordered a new cluster for the car but Renault Head Office wants a report of the mileage on the car,He advised we phone the tracking company to get the information,we did that and the tracking company said they could not provide us with such information as the cover of the car does not allow them to do so.The same day we phoned Sam Steyn to give him the information,Sam Steyn said he will see what he can do and get back to us. We never heard anything from Sam Steyn,we phoned today and asked why have we not received feedback and Sam Steyn said he was on training again and he said there is nothing they can do to rectify the problem without the mileage report, i have to see to it that they get the report.I told him that it means they do temper with kilometeres on the cars because how does a car move from 10 000 kilos to 15 000 kilos in seconds and that i am going to report the matter on Hello Peter.</p>
