Hello Peter,

I bought a brand new Renault Kwid Climber in 2022 from Brynston dealership. When the vehicle reached 80 000 km, it started giving me intermittent starting issues. I took it to Mobeni Renault, they claimed to have fixed the issue. Then again after 2 weeks, it brokedown, it was towed to Toti Renault, they too claimed to have fixed the problem. It brokedown again with 3 weeks, it was towed to Umhlanga Renault, they too claimed to have fixed the issue. It just brokedown again, it was then towed to Mobeni Renault. I am yet to get feedback from them. This car has brokedown 4 times from December 2024 till 5 February 2025. I do not have a car and yet I am paying my monthly installments - how this that fair?
