Renault sells reject vehicles
We purchased a Duster about a year ago. Since then, it's been in for repairs close to 10 times. Hillcrest Renault are extremely unprofessional- the car keeps going in for the same issues, other times they tell us there is no issue and we have to procv it to them that there is and then they eventually agree to their mistake. We were sold a complete reject vehicle - with endless issues. The management team are completely *********** with no regard for customer service. Just today we drove out from the service centre and 2 minutes down the road, an error came up on the dash again(part of the issue why it was taken in). The service manager then says to us "oh they will have to check the error properly now" - what did we take it in for? For them to just look at the car? What was the point if it wasn't checked properly? This is a vehicle that transports us and our 2 small children - what of something goes wrong whilst we are in the car? All because Renault didn't check the error correctly? Seriously?! We were even told by the Manager that it's fine that there are issues with the car and that's why there is a warranty. So it's okay to sell reject vehicles and ***** from consumers because there is a warranty? From day one, our vehicle has given issues. No matter what we do, our concerns are not taken seriously. We will NEVER EVER recommend Renault to anyone - they manufacture faulty cars and the staff who work for them have a don't care attitude! With our vehicle being in the service centre so often, it's a massive inconvenience- we have to try make alternative transport arrangements. This is absolutely unacceptable!
