Renault ****

I took my car, a Renault Clio 4 for service at the Renault dealership at Edenvale Route24. Upon servicing the vehicle, I was informed to buy certain car parts to replace the damaged ones on the vehicle. They sent me an invoice for the parts. I bought the parts without installing them at the time as I couldn't afford the quoted labour amount. I later took the vehicle for the installation of the parts to an independent professional mechanic. Upon the mechanic's inspection of the vehicle, he advised that the original parts are not damaged and don't require any replacement. When I took back the parts to the dealership the parts manager, Mr Gerald Fortune refused to take back their parts for my refund. He said it's Renault's company policy to NOT refund parts. These parts are still brand new, unsealed and in their original packaging. This is a **** and ********** behavior and must be put to an end.
