Renault Sandero Stepway blunder

a Few months ago, I called Renault Centurion regarding my rear windows right rear rubber window seal which comes out for no apparent reason, the sales person advised that he would make arrangements for the car to be taken in for the rubber seal to be repaired. That never happened. On the 5th of May 2015, I took my car for a service at the Centurion branch to be serviced. I advised that the car's rubber door seal was coming out. I also advised that the engine was making a funny whining noise when accelerating/decelerating after a long drive. The boot latch also wouldn't release the boot. I also advised that there was a funny grinding noise coming from the dashboard when starting the car. None of these problems had been fixed and I had to phone to find out when my car would be ready, as I have to make arrangements. The forms were filled in incorrectly regarding the problems, when I collected my car, the service representative was on the phone for 15 minutes trying to show me where to sign, and none of the problems have been fixed. I tested the car afterwards. I was treated like a spare part during the whole ordeal. I would not recommend Renault to anyone at this rate.
