Renault Sandero Starter Defaults

Hi I purchased my Sandero on 25/5/2015 brand new on the 14/10/2015 starter problems the car had trouble starting. on the 15/10/2015 the Sandero was taken by Renault Eastrand Atlas road. My FIANCE AND I WERE TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGERS THAT THESE CARS HAVE STARTER PROBLEMS Waited for part to come from who knows where. Got Sandero back on 3/12/2015 on the 7/12/2015 car brokedown had to be towed to renault. Porblem starter burnt out this car has 7000km on the clock and is at Renault waiting for a part again. <br> please help me to write a letter to Renault so they can pay my loan so i can buy a new car not Renault
