Renault SA - Zero Customer Service

WORST customer service I have ever received. I've always heard of stories pertaining to not purchasing a car brand for which parts will be an issue...this is the last thing I thought about when I purchased a new Renault Kwid. Shortly a month after I bought it, a taxi drove into me...Up till today, I am still waiting on certain parts for my car....the accident was nearly a year ago...no ETA on parts, no sense of urgency getting my problem sorted, as mentioned, nearly a year already.... I strongly urge anyone wanting to buy a Renault in SA to strongly reconsider! I've even approached global...guess what....no response... how lovely...
