Renault SA Worst Customer Service

I have bought a brand new Renault Kwid Climber ATM ("shelf-shifter" transmission). Renault Nelspruit is refusing to assist me with the brand new car that I bought which is faulty, and Renault Nelspruit just refers me to MIOSA but I do have a 5 year maintenance plan. Their staff members also informed me that I bought a cheap car and should not expect to much.

Renault SA made the below claim as per an article on News24. "Renault claims its little Kwid will use 4.4 litres/100km when fitted with its new "shelf-shifter" transmission" Yet I only receive between 7.4 and 8.2 litres/100km and I was told from a Renault Nelspruit staff member that this is "normal"
