Renault SA to the rescue

I had an issue with my brand new Renault Triber. I took in my vehicle more than 3 times at less than 5000km on the clock. I had difficulties with dealership resolving my issues. I finally decided to take up the matter with Renault SA and within a week, my vehicle has gone into the dealership for assessment. Two months through dealership vs one week through Renault SA. Thank you
