Renault SA/ Renault Seamans worst ever

Renault is the worst mistake I made whem buying a car. My car is not even at 90000km and the engine timing chain gave in and caused valves to bend. Renault Seamans in Port Elizabeth is not even trying to assist me to get it fixed through the Warranty. They just told me its something that the warranty does not cover. How can you not cover engine problems on a car that was bought from you brand new regular service. Now I have to Pay R40 000 ramd to fix this piece of **** car.
