Renault SA. Poor client service.

I'm not happy with your service. I drive Renault capture auto. There something wrong with my transmission but your machines couldn't detait the problem. I stuck 3 times. Last you guys took my car and told me it's going in for computer box and it's gonna take 6 week. You promised that you gonna give me a courtesy car but nothing till this day. It's been 2 weeks now. I must call you every day but I'm not winning. I'm very disappointed. I wnt recommend your brand to any of my friends or family member. I loved your brand I was even thing of updrading but nope.
