Renault SA, poor cars, poor service

Have been having problems with my Renault Triber, have reported it to the dealer, have reported it to Renault SA. No response. Poor service, unacceptable. First and last time ever that I am dealing with Renault. Poor, unacceptable customer service, well I guess they cannot be compared with any other dealership, as their cars are not up to standards and they know it, but dont know what to tell their customers, hence the fact they not responding.
