Renault SA no Response

Where to begin....

On 18 November 2021 I took my Renault Duster 4x4 for it's 15000km service. When I went to pick it up I was advised that there was a knocking noise and I needed to take the vehicle for shock testing.

I took it for shock testing and the report came back that all four shocks needed to be replaced. With COVID I have been working from home, so the vehicle has done no offroading and basically it just drove to do some errands or weekend aways on normal no issue roads.

So, I took this report back to Renault and they changed their story saying that it was the shock mounting which was an issue, quickly forgetting that they advised me to take the car for shock testing and when the report came back it was something else now ??

So they took the car for two additional shock testing and one report came back that two shocks needed to be replaced and the last report was also showing all shocks needed to be replaced.

So no need to tell, the dealership is just saying that a report has been logged with Renault SA and that they are not coming back to him as to why they are refusing to replace the shocks.

I have been emailing a Brett and Lucy and they are ignoring my emails.. I guess when you are the client then they are happy to sell you a vehicle but when questions comes up then they are just dead quiet.

This is not my first issue with Renault, and I could write papers about the bad services which I have gotten.

So, Renault SA, if you have any respect for your brand you will provide me with a report saying why you are refusing to replace the shocks, as to using an excuse of it's impossible is stupid and you are basically saying that the reports which came from the shock testing is incorrect, right ?

If you can take up the challenge let me know where I can take the vehicle too, as I am assuming you are wishing for me to stop emailing you etc. and that you are wishing the the car should pick up kilometres that you can wash your hands off of this case.

Well, now this is here and anyone who intends to buy a Renault, please do shock testing as Renault is an absolute schlep to deal with if something does pop up.
