RENAULT SA MANUFACTURING IS MISLED

My vehicle have been return by Renault regarding parts that get rusted in 3 years and part just get damage. The manufacturing warrantee response was parts is exclusion but was not informed about it upon purchase of vehicle

My vehicle have been return by Renault that is not in driving condition. Furhermore they return my vehicle with a water warning light on

I prepare to submit my matter to ombudsman and furthermore apply to financial institution to return this vehicle and repayment of my installments.

My previous complain was accepted and still did not get any reply from that matter and my current matter.

Be careful when purchasing a renault vehicle because the manufacturing warrantee is not that is prevented and arenault font attend to custimer complaints.
