Renault SA manufacturer defect claims are not honored

A few months ago I noticed that my Renault Kiger was letting in water through the back door seals when it rained. Naturally I logged manufacturer defect claim. After 8 weeks of numerous calls, visits to the dealership and the vehicle being checked, it was Renault SA' "technical expect" conclusion to the case that I should have picked the problem earlier when I bought the vehicle as new never mind the 5 year warrant!

This to me implies that Renault SA do not sell new vehicles in good faith!
