Renault SA lack of empathy

left my car at dealership 14 days ago,and the fault were all manufacture warranty related I.e. ignition,starter, and hooter.Been promised o Friday last week that parts are being delivered and car will be complete by Monday.on my follow up on Monday my advisor is on course and no one gives me update.Tues there are parts that are ordered in France and that will take 21 days.Courtesy car process is initiated early enough and no one gets back to me at the end of the day with progress.Am trying alternative option that is why am on this platform in order to get my car fixed or courtesy car as in yesterday
