Renault SA is a ****!!!

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the Renault Kiger Amt. My goodness, IT IS THE WORST and the fact that @Renault South Africa has done nothing to assist it’s consumers is appalling. I purchased the Renault Kiger Amt on the 16th of December 2022 and hardly a month later, I barely use the car due it’s faults.

The car rolls back on a steep, goes forward when you’re trying to reverse, loses power no matter hard your foot is on the accelerator which leads to extremely high fuel consumption. The transmission is a mess. The car is generally not safe on the road. What is Renault SA doing about this? Why is this car even on the market because it seems as if there was still a lot of work to be done on it? Can Renault SA assist in this a stop ignoring out complaints as if we’re not paying.
