Renault SA has worst service ever!!!!!

I am not the sort of person to complain and certainly not for the "world to see" either, but I have recently received such poor service and response from Renault SA and it's dealers, that it will be stupid and/or selfish of me not to warn every current, future or potential Renault customer about this...as well as their partners like Financial institutions whom might have unhappy customers themselves. I bought a brand new 2015 Renault Duster last year (I bought it new to avoid any problems) from McCarthy Renault Woodmead and everything seemed fine. I had my Renault Duster serviced regularly (+/- every 3 to 4 months) without any issues, at a Renault dealer in Middelburg aka Eastvaal Motors Middelburg. On Friday 27 May 2016, while traveling from Johannesburg to Secunda my Renault Duster broke down...my front wheels locked and there was no more gears...I contacted McCarthy Renault's roadside assist and they send a service provider to come tow my vehicle to the nearest Renault dealer, the service provider recommended the Renault dealership in Witbank aka Eastvaal Motors Witbank, as "their service is the best" the service provider said. This is where my bad experience started. I arrived at Eastvaal Motors Witbank early Monday, 30 May 2016 and was helped by a the servise department lady while awaiting my vehicles arrival from the service provider's yard. I was also greated by a Service Supervisor or manager as such who ask me what happened and suggested we open a jobcard for the vehicle. Eastvaal Motors Witbank assured me that they'll keep in contact with me via telephone on the progress of my Renault Duster, which they did only on that same day "Sir, our mechanic is just finishing up with the last vehicle to be serviced and then he'll start with your vehicle"...and then there were silence!!!??? A week went by...so I called them to request a update..."Sir, it seems as if someone worked on your gearbox, as we noticed writing on a sticker on the gearbox"...that's when I informed them that it's impossible as I bought the vehicle brand new and this is the first issues I had with the gearbox and that only Eastvaal Motors Middelburg has worked on my vehicle till date. A week later I had to call Eastvaal Motors Witbank again for a update where I was informed they are awaiting someone from Renault SA to come to them to have a look at the gearbox. A few days later someone from Eastvaal Motors Witbank contacted me to request if they can remove my gearbox, informing me of how much it will cost (R4500), to which I said that this can't posibly be to my account as this should be a warranty claim...to which the lady agreed. After again awaiting any kind of update from them, I decided to visit Eastvaal Motors Witbank to get a update and this is when I was informed that my Renault Duster's gearbox was send to Eastvaal Motors Middelburg to be checked and a report to be given. On 30 June 2016 I was contacted by Eastvaal Motors Witbank's Service Manager and informed that Renault found that the gearbox installed in my Renault Duster does not match my Renault Duster's VIN number and therefore accused me of replacing my gearbox or I must have had some work done on it previously and that this will not be a warranty claim and I will have to pay R65000.00 for the replacement of the gearbox. Well....YOU PEOLE MUST BE LOSING YOUR MINDS...if you think I bought a new Renault Duster 18 months ago, to pay R65000.00 to replace a gearbox which should be replaced by Renault SA as a warranty claim. I then used a friends vehicle (as Renault doesn't even offer a courtesy vehicle, after numerous requests) and drove all the way to McCarthy Renault Woodmead, where I bought the vehicle, to see if they can't maybe assist from their side, but with no luck...their Service Manager informed me (after I had to call him) that this is out of his hands...not even informing me on how I can go about this. I will make sure to put this on all social media platforms and report this to everyone who wants to listen, the Ombudsmen, Wesbank, Nedbank MFC where my vehicle is financed, etc. THIS WILL CONTINUE UNTILL I GET SOME KIND OF RESPONSE FROM RENAULT SOUTH AFRICA. I just can't express my disbelieve, frustration, anger, un-satisfaction with Renault SA, Eastvaal Motors Witbank, Eastvaal Motors Middelburg, McCarthy Renault Woodmead enough. In my next post I'll have to start calling the Renault employee's by their names.
