Renault SA Bad Service

I needed a courtesy car after Renault Midrand could not pick up that my car was faulty. Spent the whole morning yesterday trying to get hold of them and the lady at reception advised that they are at work but nobody answered the phone, receptionist advised that she emailed them my contact details and till today nobody has contacted me.
