Renault SA and Renault Paarden Island

My 1yr old Renault Sandero broke down on 29 January and was towed to the Renault dealer in Paarden Island. Soon after was told that parts needed to come from France and that it would take at least 4 week by boat to arrive. But we were promised a courtesy car by 3 February. On 3 Feb received a call to say that the courtesy car would be ready on 4 February and, despite daily emails, phone calls, twitter posts and twitter DMs, we still do not have a courtesy vehicle and still have no idea when the car will be fixed. We did receive a phone call from the rental agent Renault appointed who said that they may have a vehicle on Friday 14th, but that they cannot yet confirm that as they have no vehicles in Cape Town. I can (kind of) deal with waiting a month for parts, but cannot deal with the lack of professionalism displayed by every single person at Renault I have been dealing with.
