Renault SA

Renault is very useless and it doesn't respect its customers. My vehicle is still under warranty and it has a problem with engen. I have been waiting for the vehicle to be fixed for two weeks now and they even fail to update me on the progress of the vehicle. I have sent an email to enquire and they never responded to my email. I have paid for the vehicle but now I don't have a vehicle, shame on such a big company as Renault
