After sales is absolutely pathetic. I am waiting for over a month now for a clutch spring to be replaced. Car is under warranty and the clutch springs breaks. Car is less than 2 years old. Only has about 26 000km mileage. Renault SA Customer Call Centre does not answer. Left several messages with nobody returning my call. Even the dealership where I got the vehicle from is unable to get assistance!!! That should tell you how bad the service is.
