Renault Roodepoort poor service

My wife took the car for repairs to Roodepoort Renault as it was showing the sign of an engine light (03/02/2020 Monday),then on Thursday (06/02/2020) we(my family) were on are way to Eastern Cape when the same light reflected again on the dash board. We took the car to the nearest dealership(Bidvest McCarthy Renault Pietermaritzburg),I had to hire a car to continue with the journey. On Friday (07/02/2020),i received a call from Renault Pietermaritzburg about the parts that needed to be ordered,that means i had to extend the agreement for car hire.On the 14/02/2020 ,we went back to Pietermaritzburg to fetch the car and was told that Renault in Roodepoort didn't use the original parts to replace the damaged parts,the amount paid at Renault Roodepoort was R1242 and Renault Pietermaritzburg R7038.70.I lost almost R10 000 for people's ignorance at Renault Roodepoort
